One to One Psychotherapy

One-to-one psychotherapy sessions offer a safe weekly haven where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and sensations without fear of judgment.

I offer a mindfulness-based therapeutic approach, which integrates mindfulness and body awareness, supporting clients to connect deeply with their inner experiences. Present centered awareness provides safe ground to begin to uncover and address past traumas and unresolved issues. This holistic approach can lead to profound insights and transformative change, as clients learn to navigate their internal world with greater clarity and compassion.

One to one psychotherapy is usually recommended for an initial 12 to 24 weeks. Follow up sessions or extensions are negotiated if needed. 

 
 

Your Mental Health Toolbox

I offer six, eight or ten week courses to develop tools to regulate the uncomfortable and often frightening symptoms of anxiety, ptsd and trauma.  You will learn practices to help recognise early signs of dysregulation, allowing for proactive intervention.

With practice these mindfulness tools will enhance emotional regulation and resilience, enabling you to respond to triggers with greater calm and clarity. We will collaborate to find the tools that suit you and your triggers until you are confidently able to effectively alleviate the intensity of the symptoms of dysregulation and feel an increased sense of calm and positive mental well-being.

Group Psychotherapy

Contemplative group psychotherapy blends traditional therapeutic techniques with contemplative practices like mindfulness, meditation, and reflective inquiry, offering numerous benefits for participants. This approach fosters a deeper sense of self-awareness and emotional regulation, as individuals learn to observe their thoughts and feelings without immediate reaction.

In a group setting, these practices enhance empathy and connection among members, creating a supportive community where individuals can share experiences and insights in a non-judgmental space. The combination of group dynamics and contemplative practices encourages participants to cultivate presence, compassion, and resilience, which can lead to profound personal growth and improved mental well-being. 

Corporate Trainings & Workplace Supports
