One-to-one psychotherapy sessions are typically one hour long. I offer an initial assessment appointment so we can meet and discuss your needs and how we might work together. Once a regular time is agreed, appointments take place weekly for an agreed duration.
Appointments cost €85 and a strict 24 hour cancellation policy applies. From time to time I have a limited number of low cost appointment times. Please contact me to enquire about availability.
